Early Learning School Extended Day Drop-In Request
Submit your extended day drop-in request here. One form per child and one form per date requested. If your request is approved you will be billed in Amilia with your payment on file 1-2 business days after approval. Failure to pay prior to the scheduled day may result in the cancellation of your drop-in day.
