2025 Colorado Delegation Interest and Tryouts

This form is for athletes interested in representing Colorado at the JCC Maccabi Games in Tucson, AZ July 27 - August 1, 2025. All interested athletes should complete this form. Athletes playing Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, or Tennis must attend tryouts on January 12. exact schedule TBD. Tryouts will take place in the afternoon. All JCC Maccabi athlete participating in the 2025 games must be 13-17 years old and born between August 2, 2007 and July 26, 2012. What is the athlete's date of birth?*

All athletes must be Jewish, which is defined as follows: One of the athlete’s parents is Jewish and the athlete is being raised Jewish or is a Jew by choice and is being raised Jewish. In the spirit of the Games, if the parent or child does not believe that they are Jewish on a year-round basis, then the child should not participate in JCC Maccabi.*

The Colorado Delegation will be attending the JCC Maccabi Games in Tucson, AZ July 27-August 1. All athletes must travel with the Colorado Delegation to and from Tucson. With Exception of rare instances, athletes will not be permitted to join the delegation at the games or depart early. Will this athlete be available for the duration of the games and be able to travel fully with the Delegation?*
